:D Nissan Corp. has been on a huge customer service kick in recent weeks, and it shows by how they have mandated to their franchise and national sales associates. If you have purchased or will be purchasing a new Nissan, your sales man will explain to you the "customer service poll". This poll dictates whether or not any sales person will keep their job or not. Nissan believes that anything less than "excellent" constitutes a failure on the part of the sales person, sales manager, and the service manager. With that said...I am inclined to mention that my salesman, "Phil", at L & J Auto Brokers in Memphis did everything he could, short of giving me the car for free, to make sure that I was nothing but satisfied with my purchase. If you have a bad experience with Nissan at all, I encourage to fill out the survey and mail it in. Tell your dealer you're going to do it and see what happens.

Enjoy the Ride!:D

That explains the survey I got in the mail this week. I'm going to have to fill it tonight (hehehe).;)

Phil Morton was my sales advisor also and I must say he went well out of his way so I remained a satisfied customer. This is my second purchase from L & J Auto Brokers and I will continue to purchase vehicles from their dealership. My Altima came in at a little below invoice and considering the time of purchase, last october I was extremely pleased. They also gave me top trade value on my 2k maxima. These guys are really great to deal with and will make the deal a pleasant experience, I highly recommend L & J Auto Brokers in Memphis,TN.

I'm glad to hear that they've gotten better under L & J Auto Brokers management. They weren't as customer-friendly back in the Murdock's Nissan days, with a lot of add-ons and extra fees at signing. I left and went to Bluff city nissan ad was quite happy with my experiences there.
