
Nissan Corp. has been on a huge customer service kick in recent weeks, and it shows by how they have mandated to their franchise and national sales associates. If you have purchased or will be purchasing a new Nissan, your sales man will explain to you the "customer service poll". This poll dictates whether or not any sales person will keep their job or not. Nissan believes that anything less than "excellent" constitutes a failure on the part of the sales person, sales manager, and the service manager. With that said...I am inclined to mention that my salesman, "Phil", at L & J Auto Brokers in Memphis did everything he could, short of giving me the car for free, to make sure that I was nothing but satisfied with my purchase. If you have a bad experience with Nissan at all, I encourage to fill out the survey and mail it in. Tell your dealer you're going to do it and see what happens.
